Welcome to this transformative women’s retreat, where we embark on a powerful journey to release our inner wolf—the wild, intuitive, and untamed spirit that lies within each of us. We are here to connect with our deepest selves, explore our inner strength, and embrace the fierce, yet gentle energy of the wolf.

Over the next few days, we will focus our attention on awakening our inner power. This retreat offers space for reflection, grounding, and self-awareness, allowing us to realign with our true intentions and embrace change. Like the wolf, we will learn to live in harmony with ourselves and the world around us, tapping into the wisdom and strength that come from being fully present and connected to nature.

Through immersive activities, we will explore our life’s journey, share meaningful experiences, and deepen our understanding of who we are. This is a time to release old patterns, celebrate our strengths, and step confidently into the next chapter of our lives. Together, we will cultivate mindfulness, radiate strength, and honor the spirit of the wolf as we connect, share, and grow.

Women Wilderness Retreat – Blooming your inner wolf – Spring 25

We will continue to offer our Women Women Retreat in spring to invite women to bloom their inner wolf.

A week of full immersion in nature, in personal and deep journeys to connect with yourself on a deeper level. To witness your transformation and commit to where you want to shine.
With a toolbox of practices and rituals, we will guide you on a journey of self blooming.

Retreat Program

Pre-Work

Life Journey Context: Reflect on your personal NorthStar—your values, strengths, and the direction that guides your life.

Day 0: Arrival

Arrival: Check-in and relaxation

Dinner: Kick-off dinner – Paella of Life.

After: Night North Star session – Sharing your values and personal journey, exploring your true North Star with the group.

Day 1: Discovering the Journey

Morning: Yoga & Breathwork session with Anna  – Reflection time by the ocean, sharing our intentions and expectations for the retreat.

Afternoon: Time for personal reflection over music & moves in candle light in the yoga shala

Evening: Expectations and insights

Day 2: Grounding in Self and Nature

Morning: Moving Meditation – Ground yourself through mindful yoga, followed by a reflective discussion on how this practice relates to your personal transitions.

Afternoon: Experimental Work Grounding activities— creative expression and journaling. Reflect on how these experiences connect you with your body, the land, and your life journey.

Evening: Immunity for Change exercise & reflexion

Day 3: Embracing the Wild

Morning: Morning breathwork & Cliff Jumping– Step into your wild side, embracing  wild nature.

Afternoon: Breath Work & Integration time to reflect on personal breakthroughs and new insights. 

Evening: Glamorous fine dining experience with live music, celebrating our journey and the bonds we’ve formed.

Day 4: Creating Community and Lasting Change

Morning: Yoga class – Planning and Support – Group activities focused on creating community and taking the lessons learned back into everyday life.

Afternoon: Closing circle and farewell – Sharing what we’ve discovered and how we’ll carry it forward.

This retreat is a space to reconnect with your inner wolf, embrace your authenticity, and build lasting connections in a nurturing environment. Let’s dive into this journey together, celebrating the strength and beauty of who we are and who we are becoming.
